At Chrono Paradise, each watch listed on our website is readily available in our inventory and typically ships within one business day once we receive your order and confirm payment authorization from our bank/credit card provider. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx overnight and include complimentary insurance coverage for the full value of the item at no extra cost to you.

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped once the transaction is approved and settled by the credit card company, typically by 6pm PST on the day of the order if placed before 2pm PST. To ensure security, orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you require shipping to a different address, please update this information with your credit card company.

Estimated delivery dates are based on orders received by 2pm PST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Payment by Wire

Orders paid by wire transfer will be shipped on the day we confirm receipt of funds from our bank, with a cutoff time of 3pm PST. We exclusively accept wire transfers; no other forms of electronic transfer are permitted.

Payment by Google Checkout

Orders paid through Google Checkout will be shipped upon approval from Google Merchant Services. Approvals received before 3pm PST will result in same-day shipping.

PayPal Orders

PayPal orders can only be shipped to the verified address on record.

International Shipping

Additional charges apply for international shipping, and we exclusively accept wired payments for international orders.
