Return Policy

At Chrono Paradise, our aim is to guarantee complete satisfaction for every customer with their purchase. Therefore, we provide a 3-day refund policy, no questions asked, subject to the following terms. Products that have been worn, modified, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund. Any pre-owned watch may be returned as long as it remains in the exact condition it was sold in, including all original packaging, documents, books, and accessories. Kindly inform one of our representatives of your intention to return the watch before shipping the merchandise. All return shipments must be postmarked within the first 3 calendar days from the date of receiving your watch and are at your own expense. Please ensure the contents are fully insured for their value, as we cannot be held liable for lost packages. Upon receipt, our watch experts will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the watch is in its original condition and includes all tags and accessories. A refund will then be issued, deducting any return shipping and insurance fees incurred by Chrono Paradise, as well as any transaction fees (e.g., credit card, Amazon, financing, or PayPal fees). Please note that this return policy applies only to online sales; all in-store and international sales are considered final.

 
 

Rolex Factory Stickered Watches

These items are offered for sale in unused and unworn condition and are accompanied by the original Rolex factory stickers. It’s important to note that removing these factory stickers will greatly affect the value and resale potential of the watch. Hence, for eligibility for a full refund, these stickers must remain intact. If a watch is returned with these factory stickers removed, the matter will be handled on an individual basis, potentially resulting in a deduction of up to 20% from the purchase price when issuing the refund.

Holiday Policy

During the holiday season, Chrono Paradise is extending its return policy for exchanges only. Cash refunds will not be provided during this extended period. Any watch bought between Black Friday and December 25th can be exchanged for another item until December 31st. The returned item must reach us by December 31st. Items purchased after December 25th or items returned within 3 days of receipt will be subject to Chrono Paradise’s standard non-holiday return policy.
