If you buy a Rolex watch from Chrono Paradise that is later determined to be counterfeit, we guarantee a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping and insurance expenses.

At Chrono Paradise, we strive to authenticate every watch diligently, often seeking assistance from external specialists. Despite our best efforts, errors may occasionally occur. In such instances, we retain the right to rectify any mistakes or errors. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

How To Make a Claim:

Please contact our Customer Care team at (828) 656-3060.

We’ll address our authenticity assurance and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return. Please ensure the item is returned within 30 days from the RMA issuance date.

Upon receiving an RMA number from Chrono Paradise, please follow the steps below to receive credit for the return:

Package the item: Ensure your watch is securely packed in its original packaging and shipping box.
Follow the instructions provided via email on how to return your package to us.

Resolution:

We will take the required actions to re-authenticate the Rolex or any items under question.

In the event that a watch is determined to be not authentic, we will promptly reimburse 100% of the total purchase price. If a component of the watch is identified as not authentic, we retain the right to replace that component to restore the watch to its original 100% authentic state.
